Here is a list of the most common questions that we get asked every day. We hope this helps answer some of your questions as well! If not, please give us a call. We'd love to help.

Q. How far in advance should we reserve our date?
A. Good caterers will be booked several months in advance of the event date so it's best to confirm your caterer as far in advance as you can. For example, we currently have bookings as far out as 18 months from now.
Q. Do you accept last minute bookings?
A. We do! We often book far in advance but we are usually able to handle last minute bookings. As a matter of fact, one of our favorite weddings was a last minute event and we received the call just 2 days before the wedding that their previous caterer had overbooked and cancelled on them! So, if you have a last minute event please give us a call and we'll do all we can to make your event amazing!
Q. Can you help us find a venue?
A. We have several wonderful venues that we would recommend. We can help you find locations anywhere throughout the Hill Country and beyond. We will gladly work with any venue you have already chosen as well.
Q. What type of events do you cater?
A. We cater everything from small parties, large weddings, corporate events, office lunches, company picnics and meetings, and much more!
Q. We haven't found a planner/coordinator yet and we're getting overwhelmed. What now?
A. Don't panic! We offer full service event planning for all types of events!
Q. Do I have to order straight from your menu?
A. Nope! You sure don't. As a matter of fact most of our clients end up with some combination of what's on our current menu and some of their own selections. Most of the appetizers we offer aren't even on our menu either.
Q. How do I come up with a menu then?
A. We usually sit down with our clients and decide what types of foods they are interested in, how many people they are serving, and what their budget is. Then we create a complete menu package based on this discussion. It's really a lot of fun!
Q. Do you offer "family style" service?
A. Sure do. Family style service is where all of the food is placed on each of the tables for guests to pass around the table to each other - family style - just like at your home dinner table. This is becoming very popular and few caterers offer this style of service.
We also serve the traditional ways - appetizer displays, passed appetizers, full dinner buffet service, seated dinner service, and more.
Some of our clients have friends that want to help out so we offer a "drop off" service as well. We simply drop off the food at your event and you take it from there. We can provide the plasticware at the time of drop off as well. This works very well for office events, luncheons, and small weddings where the family members want to do most of the work.
Q. What about plates, tables, chairs, etc? Can you rent them for us?
A. Absolutely! We can take care of all of your rental needs as well. Tables, chairs, tents, you name it. We work with reputable rental companies that would be able to service just about any need.
Q. Do you take care of the bar as well?
A. We don't but we can refer you to people that do. We work with them at a lot of events and they're very good at what they do. They also have all of the proper certification to serve alcohol. We will gladly work together with your own bartender as well.
Q. Do you require a deposit? And how much?
A. We do require a deposit of 50% of the wedding catering agreement. It is required in order for your event date to be considered "booked".
The remaining 50% is required 10 days before your event date.
